Wild Mint Apothecary Flower Essences
Flower Essences are herbal remedies that capture the essence or spirit of a flower and be used to bring harmony and emotional balance to our lives. They are used to improve overall wellness.
How Do You Take Them?
It is typically recommended to take 4 drops of your flower essence 4 times a day. You can drop them directly into your mouth, on your skin, in your water or food, or in a bathtub. Your body will absorb the vibrational energy through contact with the flower essence formula. I recommend to set an intention prior to taking the remedy. For example, if you are taking a marigold flower essence for grief healing, it would be beneficial to set an intention for what you want to release or work though.
How Do They Work?
Flower essences work by using the vibrational energy of a flower to help you work through a specific issue. When you absorb the flower essence, the flower's essence will work energetically to bring you healing in the area that you are seeking support. For example, my recovery essence blend contains 3 flowers that are helpful for supporting recovery for addiction issues. Specifically, this blend contains flower essences that help with the release of old patterns, release of locked-in and stuck energies, energetic detox of alcoholism and addiction, and encourages personal development that has been stunted by trauma.
Celebrities Love Them
It is no surprise that celebrities love flower essences. They have become incredible popular with celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, Emma Watson, Hugh Grant, Cate Blanchet, and Salma Hayek.
Are There Any Reasons Not to Take Flower Essences?
Flower essences can be taken by anyone. Because my essences contain glycerine, it could affect blood sugar.
Purchasing Flower Essences
When purchasing flower essences, be sure to learn about the practices behind the flower essence you purchase. Here at Wild Mint Apothecary, I grow all the flowers and plants that are used to create my flower essences. They are chemical free and contain organic glycerine and apple cider vinegar. I pray over the plants and I cleanse them with herbs prior to shipping them out.
