Root Medicine
Fall here in Indiana is quite a beautiful time of year. During this short-lived fall season, leaves change colors and fall to the ground, animals begin their hibernation process (by stocking up on food), and plantas begin putting their energy into their roots. Our lives reflect what the nature around us does. Autumn is a time for letting go, returning inward, and rooting ourselves in our healing. The plants around us provide offerings during this time of year in the form of root medicine. (teaser)
