Cacao Adaptogen Powder
This low-caffeinated combination of herbs is warming, mood elevating, and helps with circulation. Good for low energy, adrenal fatigue, and cortisol imbalance. Contains cocoa and cacao, as well reishi and ashwagandha, maca, which are all adaptogens, and cinnamon.
Size: 6 ounce ounces, 73 grams.
Dosage: 1/2 tablespoon-1 tablespoon with 8-10 ounces of warmed milk.
Directions: Warm up 8-10 ounces of milk (diary or non-dairy), add one tablespoon of adaptogen chocolate mix, and heat on low until well mixed, warm, and frothy. Remove from heat and add sugar (coconut sugar is an excellent choice), butter, coconut oil, or marshmallows.
